Is there any doubt that we live in a messed up world.  Ironically God’s answer to this sad place is his people.  That’s right, God wants me and you to do something.  Together we can make a difference.  Last year this Jr. High ministry raised thousands of dollars help build clean water wells in Africa.  God does huge things when people ask Him to use them.  Help us to make a difference.

FAD is the best time in the world.  But all that fun takes some work.  Want to hang out with the JH Staff and help?  We love to have you.  We will meet at the church around 11am and work until we get tired.  If you have 30 minutes come for 30 minutes.  If you can help for 3 hours then stay and help.

You will remember Jr. High not by your days at school or by when you graduate, you will really remember Jr. High by your time at FAD.  Yes, FAD.  The greatest tournament series known to man.  4 teams but only 1 gets a free trip to Magic Mountain.  Who will it be this year?

This is Football season.  (Go Chargers!!!)  Not only do we want to watch many games, we have got to play.  So that is just what we are going to do.  Flag football is a blast.  This is for both boys and girls.  Get up on a beautiful fall Saturday and throw the pigskin around with the JH Staff.

FAD is so awesome we have to celebrate before going back to TNL.  You will be treated to food, fun, and the sounds of NEXUS.  That’s right, performing live is NEXUS.  Bring you cameras cause they rock.

New to this Fall is the 3 P Sunday.  It stands for Pit and Pizza in the Park.  We will start by having the PIT at 9:30 just like normal.  After the PIT we will all go to big church at 11:10am.  Once big church is over we will car pool together to Parnell Park.  There we will put some money together and send somebody on staff to grab pizzas for lunch.  While we are at the Park we might play some kickball, basketball, run around on the playground, or play some fun game.  Spending Sunday at the park while eating pizza, brilliant!!

Across the country people everywhere are getting together this morning to pray at the flag pole. Your school is most likely doing something too. Be bold, unite with other believers and get up early one day and pray. Pray for your teacher, your principal, your school, your classmates.

With hundreds of screaming Jr. Highers around, it can be hard to experience God sometimes…that’s where Paradigm comes in. Come catch some fellowship and go deeper into the word of God in a laid-back environment.
